Finance

After graduating from the University of Oxford, Luke joined a Sales & Trading desk at Goldman Sachs in London, where he specialised in leveraged products - including exotics, options, and derivatives - for hedge fund clients.

He has worked on capital formation transactions that have raised over $1 billion across both public and private markets, and more recently has been involved in raising a private equity fund and managing advisory and sell-side transactions in Asia.

Law

Reena is a dual-qualified corporate lawyer (England & Wales and the State of California) with a career spanning London and Silicon Valley.

Following graduation from University College London (UCL), Reena joined Latham & Watkins, one of the world’s pre-eminent law firms, where she advised sovereign wealth funds, global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, government bodies, and technology companies in sectors such as biotechnology, healthcare, and enterprise software, including high-growth startups preparing for IPOs.
