This elite programme is designed for ambitious students curious about law, business, and international affairs — particularly those considering careers at top-tier global law firms, Magic Circle / BigLaw, or in international commercial practice.

Whether your goal is to study law at a leading university, understand how corporate lawyers lead and manage major transactions, or secure vacation schemes and training contract pathways, this course equips you with the insider understanding, strategic thinking, and career game plan to stand out.

We run the Global Corporate Law Masterclass every term on an open-enrolment basis, but we also deliver the programme directly to schools, universities, and organisations on exclusive dates and schedules tailored for their students.

Certification

All students who complete the course will be eligible for a digital Certificate of Completion. Upon successful completion, you will receive an email containing your Crawford & Corry digital certificate. The certificate will include your name, the course title, and the course dates. You will be welcome to share your certificate on social media.

Format & Structure

Duration: 8 classes (term time or Summer) or 6 classes (Easter)

Schedule:

  • Term Time Cohorts: One live class every Sunday, 3:00 - 4:30pm (UK time) OR 5:00 - 6:30pm (UK time)

  • Easter Intensive Cohort: Two live sessions per week over three weeks - Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:00pm - 5:00pm OR Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 - 7:00pm (UK time)

  • Summer Intensive Cohorts: Two live sessions per week over four weeks - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00 - 6:30pm (UK time)

Class length: 90 minutes (term time or Summer) or 2 hours (Easter) - 12 hours of live teaching in total, plus personalised CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn feedback

Delivery: Live, interactive online webinars in a small-group setting led by course director

Homework (optional): Weekly readings, curated films, and short presentations designed to sharpen analysis and communication skills

Interactive learning: Presentations, debates, Q&A, mini moots, and real-world case studies from elite global firms - plus exclusive access to C&C’s LAW Network, a private discussion group where students exchange insights, news, and career advice in real time

Course Directors

Will Chen

Will graduated from the University of Oxford with a double First in Law. He qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and trained and worked at Latham & Watkins in London and Singapore, with experience in M&A and finance. He founded lawprof.co, the UK’s largest law notes platform, and is now working on a legal AI venture.

Miriam Lo

Miriam is a First Class LLB and LLM graduate of the London School of Economics and is currently pursuing a career at the Bar. She has completed multiple mini-pupillages at leading London chambers and represented LSE in prestigious international mooting competitions, including the Philip C. Jessup Moot.
