Top universities and careers do not simply look for knowledge. They look for students who can:
Think independently
Communicate with clarity and confidence
Engage critically with real-world issues
Our Mentorship Track is a personalised programme designed to develop each student’s intellectual confidence, communication skills, and academic direction.
Each student follows a tailored pathway based on their interests, goals, and current level.
Sessions are conducted in a format inspired by Oxford tutorials and real-world professional discussions, incorporating elements of academic and professional interview-style questioning - where students are challenged to present ideas, defend arguments, and engage with complex topics.
In an increasingly competitive landscape, students who develop the ability to think critically, articulate ideas clearly, and perform in high-level discussions and interviews early on are at a significant advantage.
Structure
Each mentorship session follows a simple three-step format:
1. Preparation
Students are given a short article, topic, or reading to prepare in advance.
2. Discussion
Students present their thinking and engage in structured discussion, developing clarity, depth, and confidence.
3. Feedback & Development
Each session includes personalised feedback and guidance for continued development.
Mentorship is delivered through flexible session packages, allowing students to maintain continuity alongside school commitments and holidays.
